One of the reasons I like eating Tofu is because if is so versatile as well as a protein source that is low in calories. I especially like eating tofu in asian inspired meals.
4. Extra Firm
I typically use extra firm tofu and then press the water out of the tofu by putting a napkin or towel on top of the tofu and stacking something on top to press more of the water out. The great thing about tofu is that it takes whatever flavor you decide to give it.
