My verdict?
They were good, not as good as I imagined... but also better than I thought they would be.
Makes sense right?
No...
I know it doesn't.
They are very putzy though. And I can't quite figure out how Bakerella got the chocolate so smooth. Would I make them again? Possibly.
But SO unhealthy for you I am sure. But I am not sure If I want to find out how truthful that could be.
red velvet truffles does sound good though. L
ReplyDeleteI know it's not baker's chocolate, but how about milk chocolate chips with a little butter? That might be smoother. BTW, I am very excited to see the rest of your recipe posts!! Mmm! So glad you take pictures! -BE
